NAAC accords B++ grade to Nagarjuna Institute of Engineering, Technology and Management.

Nagarjuna Institute of Engineering, Technology and Management, Nagpur run by Maitrey Educational Society, Nagpur has secured B++ grade with 2.96 CGPA from the The National Assessment and Accreditation Council NA

To assess the status and quality of the college, the NAAC committee visited the college under the chairmanship of Dr. Sibaram Khara, Vice Chancellor Sharda University Jadavpur, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. Dr. Abid Haleem Professor of Mechanical Engineering, Jamia Millia Islamia, Delhi and Dr. G. Shreekumar Menon (IRS), Registrar, Yenepoya University CITS, Karnataka were the members of the committee. The team evaluated the college as per required criteria. The college was finally accorded B++ grade by the team. NAAC members handing over the grade certificate to Principal Dr. M. K. Rahangdale and MES Secretary Shri. Pradip Nagrare.

Support to students in their progress, performance of the institution in government and educational processes, curriculum planning and its implementation, academic standards and their evaluation, student results, research work and academic departments, publications of the institute, status of research and resources, institution administration and other aspects were examined by the team. The college successfully compiled all the necessary criterions under the guidance of Dr. M. K. Rahangdale, principal of the college.

Nagarjuna Institute of Engineering Technology and Management is known not only in RTMNU University but also in Eastern Vidarbha as an innovative, student and community oriented college. This time it has reached very close to A grade.
