Maitrey Educational Society Nagarjuna Institute of Engineering Technology and Management organized Dated 04/11/2023 one-day expert lecture on the role of Universal Human Values Education in Holistic Development.The program was Inaugurated by college President ER Madan Matey Secretary Mr.Ajay Waghmare Chief Guest Dr.Sandip Tatewar Professor Govt College of Engineering, Amravati Principal Dr Sanjay Kelo, and Vice Principal Dr Murlidhar Rahangdale. The introduction of the Chief Guest was given by Prof. Kalyani Fulzele.
During the program, Dr Tatewar sir told the importance of Universal Human Values Education in Holistic Development. Dr. Tatewar explains the present problem in Society such as Depression, Suicide, and Loneliness which is going on nowadays. Dr. Tatewar explains the natural acceptance of Quantitative and Qualitative measures. He explained the Nine Human Values which are important for Happiness and Prosperity in life and differentiated between Happiness and Unhappiness. He explains trust, respect, love, and healthy relationships and how it is important to live in our lives. He focuses on the present problem in Society and gives solutions to overcome problems by having Happiness and prosperity in life. He explains basic aspirations such as the Right understanding, Relationship, and Physical facilities. He has given statistical data on Global food Production six times the requirement, Global food wastage is One-third of Production. He explains deprivation and the need for self and body. He gave an India survey most murder is done due to love affairs. Lastly, he has given Five tips for living a happy and successful life.
Anchoring of the Program was done by student Miss Shivani Dan and a Vote of thanks was given by Prof. Ashwini Walde. On this occasion, a beautiful song was sung by Prof. Swati Waghmare.
